A bit dated but staff were very friendly and beds were comfortable, in need of a slight facelift. Location was ideal, walking distance and close to everything. Quirky area, not the posh end of Bilbao but it has a lot of character and really nice cafes an

Good hotel away from the city noise yet you are close to the city center no need to use cars, can walk view the city.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms and lack of air circulation were small and thin walls do not help. Not handicap friendly. We opted for breakfast at an additional cost, which was a mistake. We could have enjoyed a great breakf

The hotel was centrally located and easy access. The Wifi did not work properly, only in a few parts of the hotel. The walls, doors and windows have no kindof sound proofing at all. All night we could hear talking outside and we could hear the couple next

I did not like hotel. No disabled facilities and lots of stairs. Staff were helpful with baggage. eu law I understood there must be disabled facilities in public places. Breakfast very poor. Left hotel a day earlier as very dark and drab.
