Built in 1799, an addition in 1848, faithfully restored and impeccably renovated in 1997, the Dr. Jonathan Pitney House, the home of the Father of Atlantic City is now a study in authenticity and beauty. All rooms and suites have private baths and gas fireplaces and each is decorated with antiques from either the colonial or Victorian eras. On the west side of the Commonyard sits the Doctors Guest Quarters with four charming suites. The Philadelphia suited is handicapped accessible, while the other three suites have whirlpools. All suites have ceiling fans,gas fireplaces, and color TV withVCR. Southern New Jerseys most historic bed and breakfast is only a few short miles form the casinos in Atlantic City.

Drive toward Garden State Parkway. Proceed straight onto Amelia Earhart Boulevard. Proceed approximately one-and-one-half miles. Enter the next roundabout. Take the fourth exit onto Delilah Road. Turn left onto Westcoat Road. Westcoat Road becomes South Mill Road. Make a slight right turn onto Ohio Avenue. Turn left onto South Station Avenue. Turn left onto North Shore Road.
