Hotel is top and exclusive. Pool only for adults is a wonderful option for guests. Relax, comfort and quietness.
The negative point is the service in the restaurants. You see well trained servers and a lot of "apprendices" with clearly a lack in their preparation.
We saw everyday at beakfast servers completely lost, unsecure and they didn't know what to do .....
We think that the hotel should pay attention to this point as guests are AA rated.
The reason of a weaker service probably lies in the fact that due to holiday period, there's a shortness of well trained servers in Tenerife
as hotels are full.
